Jacob Durham found an innovative solution to enhance the customer usability of the i-top tool. Through strategic trial and error, Jacob discovered the "Jacob Method" which was included a simple revision on the tool instructions. His "out of box thinking" has helped enhance the simplicity of the i-top and has made the tool fool proof. :)
Denise Hamilton is a kitting superstar. She and her family can average putting together 500 kits in one evening (super speedy and fast!). Denise willingly stepped up to make sure that a customer got the product they asked for and in time. Talk about great customer service! Denise has an infectious cheerful and positive can-do attitude that makes even the most difficult tasks doable.
Kenny Scribner, just like Denise, also made sure that the kits were taken care of for the customer. Knowing that the kits needed to be tweaked, Kenny came in last night with his pitbull "Buddy" for company and worked on the kits until late in the night. Kenny even brought some kits home to make sure they were ready in the morning. Kenny really went the extra mile to deliver.

Durham Thank You (DTY)
i-top Team Shoutout
The i-top product development team and marketing director deserve a Durham Thank You! :) Because of their hard work, Imaginisce will launch its first patent pending tool in June! Woo hoo!!!

Marc Monson is the supply chain genius behind the factory coordination and the determined force to bringing the i-top tool to life. He's had many late night chats with China to make every detail correct, worrying about things like the shininess of the metal finish and smushed logos. Instead of being discouraged, Marc is an example of perseverance and positivity and he's lead the supply chain team to success.

Mike Thomson has spent hours coordinating with various Asia vendors on the i-top tool embellishments. He's spent many evenings trying to get the color black to be actually black and ensuring the i-top brad daddies were accurate in size and dimension. Probably most challenging has been his diligence with the 3 paper punches. Mike's hard work has paid off, because the i-top program ROCKS!

Don Lambson is the renaissance man. If he's not working on getting video tutorials created, or improving the website to show case the i-top, he's getting the tool instructions translated into 2 languages, and creating valuable marketing pieces to educate the consumer. He's the product development team's best friend, because he creates the magic that brings the i-top tool and its program to life.

Jeff Durham is the vision behind i-top. He's been involved in all of the areas of the program from sourcing to production to sales and marketing. He's made sure that the tool program has the market presence that it deserves and has refined the program to be the optimal offering. His diligence and drive has helped the team push through challenges and road blocks, resulting in a tool that will delight crafters everywhere.
