Durham was recently named as one of the top 25 Fastest Growing Companies in Utah, by the MountainWest Capital Network. We are honored to be among some of the best companies in the state.This is an award everyone should take credit for! Thank you for all of your hard work and contribution to the high growth and innovation we've experienced. Thank you for the long hours and diligence to push through obstacles. Without your commitment, we wouldn't have suceeeded. You have helped to make a significant difference. Governor Gary Herbert was also there to recognize Durham for this accomplishment.

Spirit of Durham Award Winner

Glady Muralles has been at Durham since August of 2007. And since she has been hired she's made a big difference. :)

Gladys handles most of the shipping and has a great eye for catching errors on any shipping orders or mistakes on labels. She's saved the company thousands of dollars in fines by making sure she prepares shipments in the the specific way that our customers require.

She also has a positive attitude. She is eager and willing to help out and never is too busy to stop and listen. And if she ever asks a question or needs help, she's always quick to show her appreciation.

Gladys is like the Energizer Bunny, she keeps going and going and going. She is always going forward with the vision of teamwork, dependability and a terrific attitude.

Congratulations Gladys! We're proud of you.

Durham Thank You

Joan Nielsen is at the heartbeat of the company. She is one of the friendly voices at the end of the telephone or the cheerful response to an email request. Her demeanor is always upbeat, helpful, and responsive. Customers know that when Joan is handling their account, they will be well taken care of and supported, no matter what it is.

Recently Joan has been managing all of the customer requests for the i-rock program. If there has been a defective tool, or a shipment missing something, Joan helps to reassure the customer, and replace anything that may have been damaged. Customers love the special attention to their questions and concerns.

Joan, we are so glad you're part of our team! You're certainly deserving of a Durham Thank You!

Durham Thank You

Alex Fuller has a great attitude! He's optimistic and helpful and works hard to meet deadlines. When Alex has a project and needs assistance from the designers or other employees, he makes a great handoff. He is clear about what he needs done and what the deadlines are. He is also mindful of giving people plenty of time/heads up. His clear communication style is something we all appreciate!

Stace Hasegawa has recently taken on some very complicated design projects. Even under a tight time frame she makes sure to deliver thoughtful and detailed art. She is always smiling and happy to be in the office, even when there is a lot of pressure on her. Plus she always remembers to bring in some delicious treats to share with everyone in the office!

Alex and Stace, we're sure glad you're part of our team! Thank you for making Durham a great place to work!
