Debbie Johnson is the Spirit of Durham award winner for the quarter. :) Congratulations Debbie!Debbie is a great example of the Durham attributes of positive attitude, team work and dependability. And she has been a good example of these things for the five years she has worked at Durham.
Debbie works with almost every department and people trust and respect her because she is so willing to help. She is quick to problem solve and teach others how to do things. She can take a complicated problem and find an answer. Debbie is always trying to do things better than before and finds solutions to get better results.
Debbie also puts in many extra hours away from the office is willing to take phone calls on her days off. She wears many hats such as IT, EDI, HR and most importantly, accounting. :)
